(2) Second bedroom on main floor is accessed from an inner courtyard and has a double bed plus a Moroccan couch that can be set up to sleep a child (sleeps up to 3).  This also has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
The main courtyard of the villa has an external staircase that takes one to the upper two bedrooms as described below.
(3) Upstairs bedroom with a double bed, single bed and optional pullout bed (sleeps up to 4).  Has an ensuite toilet and sink.
(4) Second upstairs bedroom has a double bed plus a single bed with pullout (sleeps up to 4)  Between the two upstairs bedrooms is another bathroom with shower.
Additional optional sleeping area is found in the library adjoining the main house bedroom.  This has a sofa bed that can sleep two people. This is used if necessary for larger groups.
