Standard Low Season Prices
Price per night for the first 7 guests: 2,900 NIS Price per additional guest: 130 NIS One time cleaning/turnover fee: 600 NIS 2 night minimum stay, Children under the age of two stay for free High Season Dates and Prices (additional guests and cleaning fees applied as above) Sukkot 2023 September 28 - October 8 3,100 NIS per night (3 night minimum) Winter Holidays December 7 - January 2 3,200 NIS per night Pesach 2024 April 19-30 3,500 NIS per night (5 night minimum) L'ag B'Omer May 23-27 3,600 NIS per night Summer 2024 June 1 - August 31 3,200 NIS per night From August 14th to Aug 31st we have a 3 night minimum stay |
Pricing does not includes VAT . We are required to collect VAT from Israeli citizens.

Cancellation Policy: Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within three days of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges. If you cancel at least 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we will refund you 50% of the cost of your stay. Once you’re within two weeks of the start of your stay, we can’t refund your booking.
If you must cancel at any time and we are able to get another booking for these dates, we will give you full credit for a future stay. If we cannot fill the villa, the regular cancellation terms apply. |
