Price are per night for up to the first 6 people:
Sun-Wed: 1,700
Thurs - Sat: 1,900
Price per additional guest: 280
One time changeover fee: 700
Minimum stay 2 nights.
Children under the age of two stay for free.
Maximum number of guests is 15
Security deposit of 1,200 returned after checkout
Seasonal pricing and minimum stay
(Price per additional guest and changeover fee the same as above)

Minimum stay: 4 nights
Price per night for the first 6 people: 1,800
Cancellation Policy
Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within three days of making it and we will refund 100% of any charges.
If you cancel at least 2 months before you are due to arrive, we will refund you 75% of the cost of your stay.
If you cancel at least 2 weeks before you are due to arrive, we will refund you 50% of the cost of your stay.
Once you’re within two weeks of the start of your stay, there is no refund.

International travelers arriving in Israel currently must meet the criteria provide by the Ministry of Health as explained through this link The form that is required to be filled by international travelers is available through this link For international travelers, please ensure that you are prepared to meet these requirements before booking your stay.
In the event that travel restrictions within Israel are imposed which prevent you from arriving at the villa or if flights from abroad are banned at the time of your scheduled stay, we will provide you with a 100% refund on bookings cancelled due to these restrictions.
Extra care with hygiene:
We have high standards of cleanliness. Given the recent situation, we will ensure that door handles, light switches, countertops and remote controls are carefully sanitized between guests. We will also wash the towels and bed linens at high temperatures. We will provide guests with sanitizing gel.
